ENGLISH STERLING TEA SET 1814 HENNELL & TERRY, LISTED 2 YEARS. A fine and very rare British sterling silver tea service in the Regency taste. Period engraved bearded unicorn crest. From Samuel Hennell and John Terry in 1814. Terry married Hennell's niece, as a result they formed a partnership.

Rich sterling patina throughout, piece stand firm on table. Few tiny dinks side of creamer. The cream jug and sugar (was made without cover, typical for Georgian sets). Retain original gold wash interior. The handle is secure to body and hallmarked and retains.
